Applicable to Dhanvaan Indicator & Dhanvaan Algo Trading

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, installing, or using any Dhanvaan Indicator or Dhanvaan Algo Trading service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Dhanvaan provides technology and software solutions related to market analysis and trading, including:

Dhanvaan Indicator: A technical-analysis tool designed to assist users in identifying market trends, potential trading setups, price levels, signals, alerts, demand and supply zones, market structures, and other analytical information.

Dhanvaan Algo Trading: A rule-based automated or semi-automated trading technology that may facilitate trade execution through supported broker accounts, APIs, platforms, or integrations.

Dhanvaan services are technology and analytical tools only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, or a guarantee or recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, futures, or options.

Nothing displayed or communicated through Dhanvaan’s website, software, Indicator, Algo, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, social media, support team, or any other channel should be interpreted as a guarantee of profit or assured return.

2. Market Risk

Trading and investing in securities, derivatives, futures, and options involve substantial market risk and may result in partial or complete loss of trading capital.

The use of an indicator, signal, strategy, algorithm, or automated trading system does not eliminate market risk.

Past performance, historical results, back-tested results, screenshots, demonstrations, signals, P&L statements, accuracy percentages, win rates, or previously achieved returns do not guarantee future performance.

Actual results may vary due to market conditions, volatility, liquidity, slippage, brokerage and statutory charges, order execution differences, data-feed delays, broker/API issues, internet or server interruptions, exchange-related issues, technical failures, or other market and technology-related factors.

Profit and returns are NOT guaranteed.

3. Indicator Signals & Information

Dhanvaan Indicator may provide buy/sell indications, entry and exit indications, trend information, support and resistance levels, demand and supply zones, market structure, alerts, price levels, technical calculations, and other analytical information.

Such information is generated using predefined rules, calculations, market data, technical-analysis methodologies, or programmed logic.

Indicator signals are not guaranteed trading calls or assured recommendations. A signal may fail, reverse, become invalid, or result in a loss.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating all information before making any trading or investment decision.

4. Algo Trading & Automated Execution

Where Algo Trading is enabled, Dhanvaan may generate and/or execute orders based on predefined rules, strategies, configurations, or parameters through supported broker/API integrations.

Dhanvaan does not guarantee successful execution of every order, execution at any particular price, profit on any trade or trading day, prevention of losses, or protection of trading capital.

Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, executed at a different price, duplicated, or not executed due to market conditions, broker/API limitations, connectivity issues, exchange conditions, technical failures, or other circumstances.

Users are responsible for regularly monitoring their broker account, orders, open positions, and available margin.

5. No Guaranteed Returns

Dhanvaan does not promise or guarantee:

• Fixed monthly returns
• Minimum profits
• Any specific percentage return
• Any specific accuracy or win rate
• Profit on every signal
• Profit on every trade
• Profit on every trading day
• Recovery of previous trading losses
• Protection of trading capital
• Future performance of any strategy, Indicator, or Algo

Losses and drawdowns are an inherent possibility in market trading.

6. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• Making their own trading and investment decisions.
• Understanding the risks associated with securities, derivatives, futures, options, and algorithmic trading.
• Evaluating signals and information provided by the Indicator.
• Selecting appropriate risk-management parameters.
• Setting and monitoring stop-loss and position-sizing parameters, where applicable.
• Maintaining sufficient trading capital and margin.
• Selecting and maintaining their broker account.
• Monitoring trades, orders, open positions, and their trading account.
• Reviewing orders executed through their broker account.
• Verifying important market information before making trading decisions.
• Paying applicable brokerage, taxes, exchange charges, STT, and other costs.
• Maintaining the security of their broker account, passwords, OTPs, API credentials, and other access information.

Users should deploy only capital they can afford to risk.

7. Broker, API & Third-Party Risks

Dhanvaan services may depend on third-party infrastructure, including brokers, trading platforms, APIs, exchanges, market-data providers, charting platforms, hosting providers, internet service providers, payment gateways, and other technology providers.

Dhanvaan cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of third-party services.

Third-party failures, changes, restrictions, outages, API limitations, connectivity problems, or policy changes may affect the availability or functionality of Dhanvaan services.

8. Data & Technical Limitations

Market data, charts, indicators, alerts, signals, calculations, and other information may be affected by data-feed delays, technical issues, connectivity problems, server interruptions, third-party platform limitations, or other factors.

Dhanvaan does not guarantee that information provided through its services will always be accurate, complete, current, continuous, error-free, or available without interruption.

Users should independently verify important market information before executing trades.

9. Subscription & Payment

Payment provides access to the Dhanvaan service corresponding to the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase.

Subscription charges are separate from trading capital, brokerage, exchange charges, STT and other statutory charges, taxes/GST where applicable, broker/platform charges, API charges, charting-platform charges, and third-party data or technology charges.

Service activation may require successful payment, account verification, installation, login, broker integration, API configuration, or completion of the applicable setup process.

10. Strict No Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO DHANVAAN ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Dhanvaan does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses
• Lower-than-expected profits or performance
• Lower-than-expected signal accuracy
• Change of mind after purchasing
• Failure to use the service
• Partial use or non-use of the subscription
• Early cancellation by the user
• Insufficient trading capital or margin
• Broker account-related issues
• Broker/API issues
• Internet or device-related problems
• Failure to complete installation or integration
• Temporary technical issues
• Market conditions or market volatility
• Failure to achieve expected trading results

Once payment has been successfully completed, no cancellation, refund, reversal, or partial refund will be provided, subject only to mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

By completing payment, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts this Strict No Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhanvaan, its owners, employees, associates, technology partners, and service providers shall not be responsible for trading losses, loss of capital, loss of profits, opportunity losses, market movements, incorrect interpretation of Indicator signals, failed or delayed Algo execution, broker/API failures, technical failures, data-feed issues, internet outages, exchange-related issues, third-party platform failures, device or software failures, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Dhanvaan services.

12. Misuse of Service

Users must not:

• Copy or reproduce the Indicator or Algo.
• Reverse engineer the software, scripts, algorithms, or underlying logic.
• Resell or redistribute Dhanvaan services.
• Share subscription credentials.
• Provide unauthorized access to another person.
• Copy or reproduce proprietary strategies, signals, calculations, dashboards, or materials.
• Sublicense or commercially exploit the service without written authorization.
• Attempt to bypass subscription, security, or access controls.

Dhanvaan reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of suspected misuse, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activity, credential sharing, or violation of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

The Dhanvaan brand, Indicator, Algo, software, scripts, algorithms, strategies, calculations, designs, dashboards, user interfaces, documentation, educational materials, content, and other proprietary materials are the intellectual property of Dhanvaan or its respective licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user through purchase or subscription.

The user receives only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the applicable service during the subscription period and subject to these Terms & Conditions.

14. Changes to Services

Dhanvaan may modify, update, temporarily suspend, discontinue, or change features, calculations, signals, strategies, supported brokers, integrations, subscription plans, or technical requirements when reasonably necessary.

Such changes may be made for technical, operational, security, regulatory, or product-development reasons.

15. User Acceptance

By clicking “Pay,” “Subscribe,” “Purchase,” “I Agree,” or any similar button, the user confirms:

I understand that trading, investing, derivatives, options, and algorithmic trading involve substantial market risk. I understand that Dhanvaan Indicator and Dhanvaan Algo Trading do not guarantee profits, returns, accuracy, or successful execution and that losses may occur. I understand that past performance does not guarantee future results. I have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the Strict No Refund Policy and voluntarily choose to purchase and use Dhanvaan services.
