DHANVAAN — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Applicable to Dhanvaan Indicator & Dhanvaan Algo Trading

1. GENERAL POLICY

All purchases and subscription payments made for Dhanvaan Indicator and Dhanvaan Algo Trading are final and non-refundable, subject only to mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the service, subscription plan, applicable Terms & Conditions, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy before making payment.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

DHANVAAN DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.

No refund, cancellation, reversal, credit, or partial refund will be provided due to:

• Trading losses or financial losses.
• Lower-than-expected profits or performance.
• Lower-than-expected Indicator signal accuracy.
• Failure to achieve expected trading results.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to use the service.
• Partial use of the subscription.
• Early cancellation of the subscription.
• Lack of trading capital or margin.
• Broker-related issues.
• API or integration-related issues.
• Internet or connectivity problems.
• Device, software, or platform-related issues.
• Failure to complete installation or integration.
• Temporary technical problems.
• Market volatility or unfavorable market conditions.
• Failure to monitor trades or signals.
• Any difference between expected and actual trading results.

3. INDICATOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Dhanvaan Indicator subscriptions provide access to software and analytical features for the subscription period selected at the time of purchase.

Once the subscription has been activated or access has been provided, the subscription payment is non-refundable, regardless of the extent to which the customer uses the Indicator during the subscription period.

Unused subscription time or unused features do not qualify for a refund or monetary compensation.

4. ALGO TRADING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Dhanvaan Algo Trading subscriptions provide access to the applicable automated or semi-automated trading technology for the selected subscription period.

No refund will be provided due to trading losses, strategy performance, market conditions, execution differences, broker/API issues, connectivity problems, or failure to achieve expected results.

Users acknowledge that automated trading involves significant market risk and that actual results may differ from historical, back-tested, simulated, or demonstrated results.

5. TECHNICAL ISSUES

Temporary technical issues, maintenance, server interruptions, broker/API downtime, third-party platform issues, internet problems, or other technical limitations do not automatically create a right to a refund.

Dhanvaan may, at its discretion, provide technical assistance or reasonable troubleshooting where appropriate.

Any service extension, replacement access, or other remedy offered by Dhanvaan will be provided at its discretion and will not create a general right to a refund.

6. PAYMENT ERRORS & DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

If a customer believes that they have been charged more than once for the same subscription due to a genuine payment-processing error, they should contact Dhanvaan support with the relevant transaction details.

Verified duplicate or erroneous payments may be reviewed and resolved appropriately, subject to verification and applicable payment-provider procedures.

7. CANCELLATION

Once payment has been successfully completed, the customer cannot cancel the current subscription for the purpose of obtaining a refund or partial refund.

For recurring subscriptions, if applicable, cancellation of future renewal may be requested before the next billing cycle, subject to the applicable subscription terms.

Cancellation of future renewal does not create a refund entitlement for the current or already-paid subscription period.

8. TRADING PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

Dhanvaan does not guarantee any specific:

• Profit
• Return
• Monthly income
• Win rate
• Accuracy
• Number of profitable trades
• Trading result
• Recovery of losses

Trading results depend on numerous factors, including market conditions, volatility, liquidity, execution, brokerage, slippage, capital allocation, risk management, and user configuration.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are encouraged to contact Dhanvaan support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where the concern relates to the service or subscription.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be reviewed and contested using applicable transaction and subscription records.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.

10. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

The no-refund policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded, Dhanvaan will comply with the applicable legal requirement.

11. POLICY CHANGES

Dhanvaan may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The latest published version will apply from its stated effective or updated date, subject to applicable law.

12. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing a purchase or subscription, the customer confirms:

“I understand that my payment for Dhanvaan Indicator and/or Dhanvaan Algo Trading is final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law. I understand that trading involves substantial market risk, that profits and returns are not guaranteed, and that trading losses do not qualify for a refund.”
